Induction Programme

The purpose of this programme is to get you up and running as soon as possible. 

Though a number of staff members will be involved in your training and setup, you will be assigned an induction lead.  Your induction lead is your go-to person with any questions you might have. 

Week 1

Basic setup & testing

Policy and Procedure Training

Day 1:

Welcome and Introductions

Complete contractual paper work

Complete all IRD and PAYE forms

Meeting with Induction lead

New profile photo

Office keys and security

Setup email, calendar, VaultRE, REINZ, REA, OneHub, Property Guru, AML Hub, etc.

Day 2:

Review generic company policies and sign off

Meeting calendar

Test all system setup

Review policies relating to your role and sign off

Day 3:

Complete role specific policy review and sign off

Review role specific Haze commercial offerings

Day 4:

System training needs analysis

Review role specific procedures

Day 5:

Review role specific procedures

Meeting with Induction lead

Complete Policy and Procedure Training

Core System Training

Business Cards and Advertising

Business Plan and Prospecting

Complete review of role related procedures

Order Business Cards

Core System Training
